I have a video Id like to add music to. So you can hear the song while you watch the video.

I wouldn't. But then I wouldn't use Nero for anything.
You have a video, and you have a CD.
Does the video have audio already ?
Do you want to replace the audio on the video with the CD ?
Do you want to mix existing audio with the CD track so you have both ?
What format is the video ?Read my blog here.

The only thing Ive done so far is copy the dvd to my hard drive. The video does has audio but Id like to put it over the original audio. It doesnt matter if I can hear the original. The video is in a folder that has VOB, BUP, IFO files.
