    Is there a calculator/tool whatever that can convert a list of times in hh:mms.sss to frames (at a given rate), and vice-versa?

    * Simultaneously add, subtract, multiply or divide timecode in SMPTE formats:
    * 30 fps - Drop Frame
    * 30 fps - Non-Drop Frame
    * 25 fps - PAL / 25P
    * 24 fps - Film / 24P
    * ?? fps - User Specified (1-99 fps)
    * Convert timecode to frames using 1-9999 fps
    * Active switching between different formats without re-entering values.
    * Keeps track of all calculations in all formats in a scrollable grid.
    * Mini calculator may be used for mouse entry.
    * Convert frames to timecode.
    * Save / Load timecode calculations.
    * Export calculations to be used as a report in any word processor.
    * Preview & Print timecode calculations.
    * Enter descriptions for all entries.
    * Compute based on percentage & find percentage differences between timecodes.
    * Search entries for timecode or descriptions.
    * Sort calculations based on In, Out, or Duration in Ascending or Descending order.
    * Program all twelve function keys to store frequently used timecode values.

    Thanks, but aside from costing $60, it doesn't seem to import files, and If I have to type all the figures in I might as well do it in Excel. Also the frame rates seem non-standard, unless "24" actually means "23.976".

    The particular use was a chapter time list, which some apps give in h:m:s, others frames. Similarly subtitles have varied formats, though Subtitle Workshop can convert these -- actually I used it to convert a list of chapter times by making a fake subtitle file. I'll try the Excel versions mentioned. It's simple enough but I thought someone would have made a little app for this long ago. Maybe I should blow the dust off my Perl manual and give it a try.
