    Hi! I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on the following problem:

    My printer will no longer print on paper. I print cds/dvds fine. Everytime I goto print on paper it goes through the motions, and I end up with the following error msg:

    Paper loaded incorrectly. Please reload and try again!

    About the only thing I can suggest is to check to see if there a sliver of paper stuck in there somewhere that is messing up the sensors. Quite a few of our members have used this printer and they might have more specific ideas.

    I have an R300. It does that occassionally. Generally it's when I put too many sheet in the feeder or the type of paper is too slippery for the gripper to drag it in. Change paper !!! ki
