Ok, I've converted several LARGE MPEG files to *.flv (flash) using Riva FLV Encoder, but now I need to post them on my website. I'd like to have them embeded into an HTML file, how can I accomplish this?
Do I need to use MacroMedia's Flash (expensive)?
Do I need to convert them to .SWF ?
Thanks in advance,

yes, you need to make a swf that includes the flash player, read http://www.webmonkey.com/templates/print_template.htmlt?meta=/webmonkey/05/38/index0a_meta.html
