I am puzzled...
I have been trying to get version 2.5 to render a smaller bitrate to fit 83 minutes down to 80 minutes. No matter what I adjust the CBR to (1129, 1150, 1000, 880, etc) I still get an identical, 845 Meg file (Shrek). I recorded from my DVD, (via ATI Radeon) to AVI.
I have successfully done it in older versions a few months ago (as I remember) with MPEG-1. Any ideas?
Thanks!
TJD

Probably due to the min mux rate. Select under System "VideoCD(non-standard)" instead of "Video-CD"
