how do i rip my own vcd?

i made a vcd of music vids and lost the hd and want the vids back on my computer, any way to rip my vcd? i realize all the guru ripper people are gonna have a field day with it but help me out, will you?

Use VCD Gear (can d/load from the tools section). In theory you can just copy the dat file to your HD and re-name it to *.mpg but I don't recommend doing that.
