    hi, after hard drive crash ive lost my serial number of original purchase.
    when i tick box that i have im not receiving it by e-mail of you.
    ive checked all my settings and i am receiving mail from other people.
    hope this matter is resolved soon as i got a lot to do and only use svcd2dvd.
