You need to learn some patience. Last time I checked, you didn't pay to be a member here. Nor do people get paid to provide answers. It may take a number of days or weeks for the right person with the right answers to see your post. And should anyone provide you any assistance whatsoever, you should be grateful. Well well suddenly everyone can read and post .

Your question was unclear, I read it before and again just now and I am still not sure what it is you want to know.

If it is about converting video, there are lots of guides covering almost every type of conversion, stating that you "hate to read" was not a good starting point. This question, in essence, has been answered throrughly and completely before you asked it.

If it is about translating languages in subtitles, that is outside the scope of this forum. English or other languages to presumably Hebrew is something that a very limited number of people have any knowledge or useful input about.

If it is about subtitles not synching with the video, this is relatively simple and since you state that you "did it right", there should not be a question at all. Synching subtitles is a fairly straightforward though tedius process, Subtitle Workshop has a clear help file, though you would actually have to read it to get any use out of it.

I am sorry that you are too lazy to read guides and unable to comunciate clearly. Neither I personally nor anyone else is under any obligation to help you with either these problems or whatever your actual issue is.
