i hope there is someone in here who can help me
the only way for me to play a vcd other than on my computer is in my dreamcast
now, when i play them in my dreamcast the sound is like 2 seconds out of sync with the video
when i play them on my computer everything is fine
is there something i am doing wrong when i encode the vcds or is it just the dreamcast's slow processor

any help would be appreciated
