    I am using nero recode to encode an episode from OC, but i dont know how to get the voices in sync, all the other episodes seem to work but that one, the source is strait from the vob from the dvd, any suggestion welcome I am willing to pay for programs to get the sync right.

    There is no magic, "fits all" sync fix app. Depending on how the sync problem is (off all the way, slowly drifting out of sync, good to one point, then suddenly off...) there are different methods to cure the problem, most hard, time consuming and much trial and error.
    I'd start try something besides Nero to see if the source is handeled better by some other tool.
