    How to move subtitles on the black part ?

    I usually use VLC player

    I don't think it is possible to move switchable subtitles with vlc...was a long time I tested it though.

    I use directvobsub and media player classic and I can change the subtitle settings in directvobsub. This wont work for dvd image subtitles though.

    If the subtitles are permanent in the picture you can't move them.

    The "black part", which I assume you mean the bars above and below the WS picture, are not part of the image. The subs have to be displayed on the image.
