Hey all, I need some help here i don't got a DVD-ROM yet but I'm intrested in converting High Quality DVDRips to SVCD, I Know how and so but i really want to know how to figure out what bitrate to use for each movie and i did some tests and i found out the higher the bitrate the blocky it gets on black(dark scenes) which appear on the TV 2300k don't show alot of blocks but I still need help ;(



Oh and i would want to know when I'm Encoding DVD to SVCD using TMPEGEnc How would to divide the SVCD into 3 CDs or 2 Cds using Source Range.
