I've been using the easiest authoring program for me so far wich is Nero Vision and the quality is ok plus you can create animated buttons, but there are some things that cant be changed and manipulated.

I just can't find a stable program. I'm looking for an easy program to work with excellent quality and more options. Which one do you recommend???

Would definately recommend Ulead Videostudio. I used version 7 for quite some time and upgraded to version 9 a little while ago. Always get excellent quality results and its extremely easy to use.

Tmpgenc Dvd Author is always a good bet. Simple yet customizable.
Donatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw?

I have been through the following versions of movie editing and DVD creation software:

    1) Ulead Movie Factory etc
    2) Ulead Media Studio Pro + Ulead DVD Workshop
3a) Vegas Video Video Studio + DVD (Got if for free)
3b) Based on my experience with 3a) I upgraded to Vegas Video + DVD Architect

The last combination is, in my humble opinion. Ulead DVD Workshop is a nice product, but it hasn't really been touched bu Ulead for about 2 years, which isn't a good thing. It needs a few updates, and it hasn't been getting any. A product that isn't being updated has, in my opinion, been abandoned by its creator (more or less anywho).

I can understand the position of Ulead, their low-end software is probably what's bringing in the $$s, so they have to focus on that. Sony on the other hand is regularly updating both Vegas and DVD Architect.

If Vegas and DVD Architect are on the high end of what you'd be willing to pay, Vegas Movie Studio +DVD is an excellent package for (a good bit) less than $100.

All of these packages come with trials, so go try them.
