    I have order media from them since monday and got charge even given a ups tracking # then 2 days later got e-mail stating that my order was back order. How can that be got charge and got a tracking #. I have been contacting them by email and phone and all I got from them was that there system just sucks. Know I can get them by e- mail cause it keeps returning it. As for my question has any one used them and had good luck using them?

  2. They did the same thing to me. I called and they said they would have the DVDs in a couple of days and would send them then. They got them and sent them when they said they would.

  3. Have bought tons of stuff from Meritline, no problems. Had the same problem as you once, and they sent my stuff after a couple of days.

  4. I dont like Meritline. If you dont have a problem then it ok but once you have an issue is where they suck for me. Getting them to respond back took too much work. I ordered Dvd cases from them a while back they took so long that i ordered from somewhere else. Weeks later i finaly got my cases. Since i got dvd cases from somewhere else i didnt open the Meritline cases until like a month later and 85% of the cases had some sort of damage to them. Thats why ive never ordered from them again.

  5. I will not order from meritline then. Having problems with supermediastore right now too. I don't recommend these stores.
