    How do i change a video format from NTSC 2 PAL?

    The video is already on a DVD disk!

  2. Look up your dvd players in this forum and see if the convert,thats the easiest way.
    Is is a commercial dvd or one someone has made for you?

    is where you look up players, have you tried playing it?

    Frankly, and I am not being rude, if you are unable to navigate this site on your own, then obtaining complicated instructions on how to convert the files to pal won;t help you.

    Most uk players will play ntsc on a pal tv.

    from what I've been told and read, it's a long complicated process with sound sync issues and hardly worth the effort

    I sold a dvd to the uk and finally asked the buyer if he could handle ntsc...luckily, he could

    -That's true. I'm sure the conversion is easier if the NTSC video is at 23,976. Since PAL runs at 25, the difference (23,976 to 25) is not so big. If the NTSC video is at 29,97, then it's another story.
