DScaler "No Video Signal Found" problem

Hi, I bought a TV Card and DL DScaler and it looked fine but it didn´t have any sound; so checking in the setting I entered in Channels, then I just pressed Cancel, but that made the screen to turn blue with the "No Video Signal Found" thing in the lower left part of the screen, I´ve already uninstalled and reinstalled it and reset my PC but it doesn´t seem to work.
Somebody please help me.

Got the image back, but it doesn´t have sound...
