Sony RDR-GX210 help

Hi,

I purchased a Sony DVD Recorder RDR-GX210 from the market yesterday, but when i try to play a dvd i get the message "this disc cannot be played" then it ejects, it's the same with pre-recorded discs and blank discs, it plays cd-r's fine.

Anyone have any ideas?

This product has a buggy software, I complain having buyed it!
