    when trying to convert a avi file through dvd santa i get this message

    unsupported video steam

    and then

    unable to open

    anyone know of a programm that can fix it?

    Check it with Gspot 2.52 and see what it is. Then someone may be able to give you advice.
    Post the Gspot screenshot and blank out the title if you like.

    One thing I can tell from that small jpg is that you've got an old version of Gspot. Get the beta.

    Check it with Gspot 2.52 or avi2clipboard and see what it is. Then someone may be able to give you advice.

    Or just try DivxToDVD or ConvertXtoDVD.

    checked with gspot , downloaded loads of other programs that plp keep telling me to use but i still have no idea how to get it so that i can convert it through dvd santa , i just keep getting the unsupported video stream message

    tried re/install the koepis xvid codec and the ac3 filter?

    and have you tried divxtodvd (it's free) ?? dvdsanta may not support everything....
