    i need a guide for ffdshow but not the guide that you have on this site but i need a guide that thels me how to set it zo that i can play subs with tmpenc en sync with it

    what are you going to do ? if a dvd it is easier to use something like convertxtodvd.

    Enable subtitles and load your input via dshow. Better off using VSFilter/AVISynth though since ffdshow's subtitle support isn't the best and TMPGEnc's dshow input is iffy at best.
