    I'm having a problem were DVD santa creates the DVD files but when I play them on PowerDVD or Nero's player they are extremely slow. I can only imagine the same thing will happen when I burn them to DVD. Is there any thing to get these MKV files to play at normal speed after the conversion?

    probably not, I would try convert with something like avi2dvd,winavi.

    Do these work with MKV files or do I have to convert them to AVI first? Thanks for the quick reply BTW.

    Well, I just spent hours using both and ended up with the same results? any ideas?
