    What is the best way to extract a movie from an swf file, and then convert it so that I can burn it to DVD using free software so I can watch it on TV?

    Please provide links to needed software and step by step instructions. Thanks!

    redwudz, the article is about flv to dvd,not swf to dvd.
    I suggest you try Flashontv. It can convert flash to dvd that could be watched on regular DVD Player, support menu templates.
