    I have recorded a couple shows with my Cyberhome DVR 1600 on DVD+RW (Ridata). They play fine on stand alone DVD players (even the $39 Magnavox model) but I can't get them to play on my or my daughter's computers. Media Player, Power DVD, Nero 7, won't play them. The 1600 manual says DVDRW do not have to be finalized so is there a way to get these RW to play on pc's? Any software I need?

    never mind found a link for the VLC media player in another forum. Works great.
