moving subtitle or text

i have a project due in my class tommorow. i am doing a video project.

see i want something like this.

i did the video. but i want to add subtitle or TEXT in the bottom thats constantly moving every second.
on the very bottom of this video here. u will see TEXT constantly moving

another example CNN. they have news constantly moving on the very bottom.
i am doing a talk show. so i want something like CNN. plz help ASAP. since its due tommorow
