dvdauthor NONSKIP FBI Warning before MainMenu

I am using dvdauthor with spumux to build my dvds with menus; all works well but i want to be able to add an 5 second FBI warning clip (non-skipable) before the Main Menu. Is there like an entry movie flag or something? It needs to be nonskipable and around 5-10 seconds before the Main Menu. Anyone any ideas how to best proceed?

PGCEdit can insert a startup clip;

Open your DVD in PGCEdit. Up at the top go Title->Import First Play (Startup) Clip, and follow the short instructions from there.

Don't know about the PUO so it can't be skipped (of course you realise if someone rips and removes PUOs then it will be skippable ?)

PUOs, or Prohibited User Operations, are what make things non-skippable. Is it really that much of a drama if you author in dvdauthor and then just use PGCEdit to add the firstplay clip ?

does PgcEdit allow for command line parameters as i am not running a gui?

Insert a FPC into the VMGM, like so:

  <vmgm>  
     <fpc> jump title 1; </fpc>
  </vmgm>
  <titleset>
.........................

Which would play title one, and then proceed to the menu for that titleset.
