OK..i have a centropy movie...i want it to play on my DVD player which uses NTSC coding. Problem is no matter what settings i use its really choppy. It will run fine..then pause like every 5-10 seconds. The Pause lasts about 1 second. I using these four setups
23.xx FPS at 1150KBps NTSC High quality Audio
29.98 FPS at 1150KBps NTSC High quality Audio
23.xx FPS at 1246KBps NTSC Lower Quality Audio
29.98 FPS at 1246KBps NTSC Lower Quality Audio
I converted the movie using TMPEGnc
I Burned them all USING Roxio 5
I used two different types of CD-Rs
But it is always choppy...
Any ideas? My DVD definitely DOES VCD with NTSC encoding.
Thanks in Advance

i also have a toshiba sd-2710 dvd player and i use tempgenc to convert the files, i use their ntsc template that they provide, but when i used roxio 5 to burn the cd it never turned out quite right, but i switched to nero 5.5 and they have been working fine for me, just the last few minutes of each cd get choppy, but someone told me that i just have to try different cd-r brands. So i would suggest trying to burn with nero 5.5 because it worked for me. good luck.
