Hello again! Ok, another question. How can I multiplex 5.1 audio in to an SVCD (making it a XSVCD)? I figure I can extract it from DVD2AVI by setting Dolby Digital to Demux instead of Decode? Is it as simple as using that as the input audio for TMPGEnc? Or will it downmix it to Stereo 224kbps?

If you use demux in dvd2avi it will extract the ac3 file. TMPGenc does not decode ac3 files. You could use azid to do this but no matter what you do you are going to have to have a two channel audio stream in order for you to make a svcd. There is no way to preserve the 5.1 signal unless you make a multichannel mpeg audio svcd, which at the moment only appears to work on philips audio decoders.
If you want 5.1 channels then you must either use multichannel mpeg audio or make a mini-dvd. In either case your disk will not play properly on almost all dvd players. -
Here is a guide to generate a mpeg multichannel SVCD:

But as you will see it's a hard job (as I remember one of the used tools is only available for linux - so you would have to install that beast too).
But there are sample files, so you can test around a bit.
