im trying to convert wonder showzen episodes and create one dvd but when it goes to start converting it says non standard framerates are not supported with diko free. how can i get it out of a "non standard framerate"?

It's being nasty, as you can't change the framerate without massive restructuring of the file. If it's a minor change you can cheat it like going from 24 to 25 and vice versa, but not 25 to 30 or back.

Use AVI2DVD. I've found it to be better any way.
