    hello,

i am getting this JVC and was wondering if anyone with esxperience with this recorder knows if Verbatim 16x dvd-r's would give me quality burns. And if not, can i use 8x verbatims or 4x verbatims?

I haven't used a DR-M100S but the Verbatim 16X DVD-R's worked just fine on the DR-MV5S which supposedly is the the combo version of the M100.

In the past 5 weeks, I've used maybe 75 MCC 16x DVD-R (Verbatim) and had no trouble. Works beautifully.

I usually use RW discs, but they were all tied up with another project.
