Convert a bunch of videos to VCD

Hi guys
I know this has been answered tons of times, but I'm not looking for a guide but a program which would allow me to :

- Convert some mpg & avi files so they can be played in a table dvd

I have some concerts in a DVD, which are standalone files, and my DVD is not DivX ready, so well, I'll have to convert it to VCD, because I only have a DVD reader drive, not DVD recorder in my PC.

Which software would help me doing this ?

Any MPEG encoder - Quenc, HCEnc, CCE, Mainconcept, Procoder, TMPGEnc ...... and some decent VCD authoring software such as VCDEasy.

So, I should convert all files to mpg right ?
And after this, with vcdeasy make the vcd, and voila, right ? sounds cool
