Personally I don't.
Don't forget to set your clocks one hour ahead on Sunday.

I really don't care. Maybe we should all set our clocks forward by 1/2 hour (instead of 1 hour) and call it quits for the rest of eternity.
-
In the UK, the clocks already went forward one hour last Sunday (26 March)
Dont mind it much cos most of the clocks in my house are radio controlled (including my watch) so they set themselves automatically. -
Whatever.

That is a total of 45 days, we have a spring break coming up on April 10th...5 days...then good friday is in there somewhere...plus a teacher workday and one other holiday I think...plus I think I've caught the "Fairway Flu" so I might have to take a few days off for that....(I don't just miss work, that's why I have 115 sick days in my sick bank).
....now now don't get too upset, I'll have to be back to work August 23rd...back to my 300 minutes a day work schedule...sure it doesn't pay the best, but in mid July I'll be making the same amount of money for riding around in a golf cart, drinking beer and cussing that little white ball as I would if I were teaching 6 periods, and the best part...I don't have anywhere to be the next day either... -

We need a hell no option. I wish they would stick with something and leave the clocks alone.

i though they were doing away with it in the usa ?
what is goofy is Newfoundland time , which is 1/2 hour off the rest of the world ... and isnt even used everywhere in Newfoundland"Each problem that I solved became a rule which served afterwards to solve other problems." - Rene Descartes (1596-1650) -
Nope in fact they were trying to expand it.

I like it if only for the fact that some of the local coffee shops give out free espresso shots into regular coffee for that Sunday and Monday after the switch back up

I think the whole idea is silly. There are only twenty four hours in a day and the sun must go down sometime.

But the "time" is different. The sunrise and sunset hasn't changed, but we have organised our activities to allow for "lighter evenings" which is brilliant in my opinion.

Nope I think I just read they adopted to switch over to all of it. Or something like that. Some state that only had a portion adjust to the switch is now switching over.Donatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw? -
Here's an even quirkier question. Why are there 12 hour clocks when there are 24 hours in the day?

I know Babylonians gave us the 60 minute & 60 second breakdowns, as they used a 60 base counting system. the 12 hours system would mesh well with that as 60 can be divided by 12. Also, the 7 day calendar is created by religious sects because of creation. Other calendars had 4, 9 or 10 days to a week.
Can you imagine if we all decided to go to a metric clock? 100 hours to a day, 100 minutes to an hour, 100 seconds to a minute. -

Zapper wants to be king of the world, and he can have it. I'm god, so therefore I can will it if I want. If I don't like what he does later on, I'll just mutate his kin into some new species of animal and strike Zapper with lightning. Not killing him though. I am a merciful god, after all.
