What language are you wanting to use?
This is manually coded, FP and DW are useless for this task.

    This site uses PHP.
I prefer ASP and now ASP.NET (MS server required, usually).
You can also use Perl, CGI, ColdFusion, etc.

Mail forms are not HTML only.

If you have your own server, great, you can do it.
If you're using some free garbage like geocities, never going to happen.

That's where google comes in handy ..... real handy.

I very much doubt that any free service would allow you to use any custom SMTP engine, but you'd need to enquire with them as to what is available for what you wish to do.

Then google to find the syntax of the script.
    If in doubt, Google it.
