Depending on your settings, it i spossible for Decrypter to rip an arcoss protected disc to the HDD. Shrink won't be able to open it. You could try running it through FixVTS to see if it helps, otherwise rip it again with the latest DVD Fab Decrypter and see what happens.

You also didn't say in your original post that it was already on the HDD. Many people like ot use DVD Shrink to rip in the first place (although I don't know why).

  4. I had the exact same problem with some of my newer DVD rips to my HD.
Re-rip the movie with DVD Fab Decrypter. You must use the latest free version 2.9.7.3.
Then load the file into the last version of DVD Shrink 3.2.0.15 and presto!

  5. There is a big sticky that isn't sticking about this.....not being able to use dvdshrink or dvddecrypter.

If you'd given us the name of the video it would have been easier. 2 answer

I did it with an older version of DVDFab Decrypter,

DVDFab Decrypter 2.9.6.8 & DVD Shrink, no problem.

Ripping it with DVD Decrypter it would not open with DVD Shrink.
