Hey I have posted on multiple forums about the problem I am having with the maplin converter!

Now I am wondering if any of you have used another converter, and had no problems using it with sky? I have posted many times asking about this converter, but no response! It amazes me there is no one with a converter on here!!

I have contacted maplin and they will not send a replacement until a technician has tested the item, which means possibly weeks! I am considering sending it back, getting my money back and buying elsewhere. First of all, I need to find out a converter which will work well, and doesnt have this problem! I dont know if the current converter is faulty, or its just a problem with these models!
