    Does vegas support 3-Pass VBR encoding?

    I only see an option for 2-pass

    CCE is the only encoder I know of that supports more than 2 passes. Tmpgenc, Mainconcept, ProCoder all support a maximum of two passes. The only way to get three passes from Vegas is to use the Debugmode Frameserver and serve to CCE, however it would be quicker to render to DV-avi, then encode with CCE.
