    I need to be able to take a live cable feed, and then re-broadcast and add a scoll window (similar to CNN Headline news). Can any recommend software that will do this.

    It will be re-brodcast back out via s-video to about a dozen TVs

    Wild FX Pro or Heroglyph for software ...

    though it is much easier to do it with hardware if you are thinking live ..

    btw -- rebroadcasting cable in a paid situation may not be legal without permission .

    do a search for Videotext Overlay or On-Screen Display or video titler ...
