    Smartripper can not unlock files?
    Any idea why this happens. It seems to only do it with Shrek.
    Also, it says it can not unencrypt files?

    You could try DVDdecrypter, I seem to have more success with that than I do with Smartripper....

    Start playing the DVD first with whatever software you use...... stop playing, and then run Smart Ripper
