I have a 12GB AVI files. When playing under Quicktime 6.5 the picture looks awful. The color was so pale, minimal saturation, and so interlaced. However, when I play the same file in Windows Media Player 10, the picture looks smooth and the color looks more like it whas taken. Any idea why the difference? I'm not sure which player has the true color of the clip now. Esentially the goal is I want to convert this file into a format that Avid Xpress Pro will be able to import.
Help is appreciated.
