Hi.
I am planning to purchase a DVD Recorder in the next few weeks. Either a Panasonic or a Liteon.

I would like to know if Bell Expressvu here in CAnada has any form of copy protection in their signal.

I don't want to buy a DVD recorder if I can't record any of the programs (movies or shows) from my 3100 receiver.

Can anybody help me?

I have spoken to a customer rep. at Bell and he said that Bell has no copy protection in their signal as far as he knew. An e-mail to the technical dept. on this question has not yet been answered.
