    yo!

    i have problems with cutting an mpeg2 file into 2 files...
    if i use tmpec i get an error when i want to start the cutting process, in bbmpeg i want to open the videofile and the programm closes itself...

    does any1 know about my errors or any other good tool for cutting mpeg2?

    You need to be careful with VBR MPEG2 files as many edit tools won't handle the VBR in the video stream and you get 2 problems - audio out of synch in your cut files and the cut doesn't happen at the frame you chose.

    Possibly the best tool for cutiing/joining MPEG files is M2-Edit Pro (Mediamatics). Have a look around for it - well worth trying.
