Just a heads up lately, on Inspiron B120 Laptop= $450 total w/free shipping.

Not only have they recently lowered the price $50 less, but lately are having Instant $100 off offers, and Free shipping which is another $50 off.

The price of it earlier was $599+$50(shipping) w/crappy $100 Mail-In rebate. Had to fork over $650 total and hope the damn Mail-in rebate worked. Now with $50 lowered price,Instant $100 off and free shiping. Its $450 total, **$200 less** than it was a week ago.

The price is especially great when considering all those refurb Dell P-3 laptops on places like E-bay and laptopcloseout.com, that usually go for around $380+ w/$35 shipping. Not worth it,just spend a little more for a higher-end,modern,entry-level Inspiron with MUCH better features.

Well that is a great deal. But I mainly use a laptop for wireless surfing downstairs. My old Pentium 2 laptop I got a few years ago does everything I need. All the heavy stuff I do on my emachine 2.66ghz desktop
Donatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw?

I ordered that Dell Inspiron already. Just sold my desktop on e-bay, it shall be my desktop replacement. Since i'm now in college longterm and will be living in a dorm, i need something powerful but also compact and easy to move & lock up when needed :P

My desktop had a 2.8Ghz Celeron D and 512MBs of ram, but since i only used it for basic stuff(DVD processing, burning, internet, etc). That was overkill. While i may upgrade the laptop to 512MBs later on,its not really necessary and everything else will be what i need.
