    it's easy

1 click on browse for loading your ac3 file
2 enter the number of the end (in this example i take the duration of the file)
3 enter the number of the beginning (i would cut two seconds of the beginning the audio file)
    activate cut file
    4 click on process

I know, it would just be easier if I could enter it as the format you see as duration.

  5. use ac3delay. Add in your ac3 and then add in however many milliseconds you want cut. and hit go. its that simple.

BUT if you are cutting make sure you put the minus sign in front of however many seconds you want. lets say 3 milliseconds do it as this -3
. If you need to add seconds use the + sign instead.
