    Hi,
    I have a recorded PAL 1080i HDTV file (MPEG-2, progressive film) which I want to convert to 24fps for general playback. I have already converted the AC3 file, and I need to convert the m2v file. I have done this easy conversion several times with divx files using virtualdub, but virtualdub will not save mpeg-2 files. Is there a way to change the framerate without re-encoding the video?

    One of the other V/Dub versions? DGPulldown or restream?
