Liteon LVW-5006 problems

hi i've had my 5006 for around 4 months and over the last 2 weeks I've been have a couple of problems - constant fails on all types of disks other an +rw's and then about 3 days ago it started to pause between the chapters of Ratail disks after about 1 hour into the film but is fine on ones recorded on the unit its self. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is with this unit or is it that liteon are a rubbish make as my first unit went back faulty - refused to eject tray after 5 days

Try cleaning the laser reading lens.

cleaned lens and still having the same problems

try to update(flash) the player,if it doesn't work its time to get RMA from liteon

took it back today as the shop did not have any of the same models in i got a 5115 as a replacement are these any good?

I think it does not record PAL.
