  1. The video on my pc is 480x352 23fps i just want to burn it to a dvd to play on TV i have mainconcepts encoder.

    If it's 352 X 480 MPEG-2, you might just be able to use DGPulldown to convert it to 29.97fps and author and burn it to DVD. That is if the audio is DVD compliant. Look to 'What is' DVD to the upper left for the DVD format specifications. <<<<<<

  3. You will need to encode DVD specifications. It probably will not look smmoth when playing back on the TV, Your source is a weird 23 fps and PAL TV is 25 FPS and NTSC is 23.97 or 29.9f fps. You need to encode to either PAL or NTSC depending on where you live. Mainconcept can do the job for you. first determine if you need PAL or NTSC then use the appropriate Mainconcept DVD template.
