I've been using Vegas since version 4 at the most basic level (I believe). I've been able to half ass my way through learning and getting the job done. But at this time, I'd really like to get some formal training and I've heard there are a lot of good instructional DVDs out there.. I'm hoping to give my editing (text, pans, color correction) a more professional look...I'd ike to have your input on the various training DVDs for Vegas 6, thanks!

Why not just , google it, or buy one of those "... for Dummies" books and work it out yourself ?
    If in doubt, Google it.

I haven't seen Vegas DVD tutorial sets. TotalTraining has good stuff for Premiere.

Douglas Spotted Eagle has several workshop books out.

Training series cover a lot more than a book can ever cover.

    sdsumike619,
Go to dvinfo.net/conf and take a look at their Vegas DV forum. There is a similar poll over there.

The Sony Vegas web site has some video tutorials for vegas 5, which took about 2 hours to watch all of them. I have played around with vegas on my own for the past year, but the tutorials opened my eyes and will definately help me in the future. They are definately good for getting started.
