5.1 cd's

does anyone know where i can buy 5.1 dts encoded audio cd's cause they have always interested me. I am also curious of how they work.

if u look hard enough u can probably still buy them at other places. tried amazon.com?

dts cds work pretty simply. u need any cd player with a digital out. u also need an receiver (amplifier) with dts decoding. connect the cd player to the receiver through the digital connection and set the amp to decode dts.

make sure the cd player doesn't modify the digital out because it will screw the dts bitstream if it does.

surcode has a 1min and a 30sec dts samples on their site for free.
