  1. Is there a tool... that can make an Image file of a CF, (Compactflash) memory card?

I had received an instructional video from Japan, that is on a 512K Sundisk. I want to duplicate it to a raw CD. Compact Flash. It is a BOOTABLE disk. It has formatting on it, to be recognized by the computer, and it will boot its own OS. Just like any image of s dick would.

Is there a tool that can EXACT copy the whole thing?

I can copy the files off it, but if I copy them to a new 512K clean disk, the boot part does not get copied.

Clearly, I need an IMAGE of this disk that becomes "K" drive when inserted in the reader. Then, I need to "burn" the image onto another CF.

If this doesn't belong here - NUKE it!

    Other wise.. Alms! Alms! Help!

You can use Isobuster to extract the Boot.img.

You can also try Nero ImageWriter to make an image of the drive. That might work, I don't know for sure.

    Maybe Norton Ghost?

  3. open windows explorer >tools>Folder Options>View and set to show hidden files and click ok Then you should be able to copy all the files even the one to boot up with. This should work but I have not tried it. It works for the old floppies.
