Ok, i read the whole thread about what you guys use to make dvds and the winner is tmpgenc...but im just gonna ask this quite simply:

I want to burn a few avi movies onto dvd...sizes range from 500-700mb...i dont need subititles or chapter editing...just putting one 700mb file onto a dvd...

I also am ineterested in putting some of my cage fights onto a dvd...the size of these are usually 25,000kb...and i would like to put menus so you can select which fight you can watch...

What program is simple and fast and BEST for what i want to do??

    If in doubt, Google it.

what you are asking for are probably 2 programs. an encoder and a dvd authoring program. good encoder choices would be tmpgenc or cce for rendering and dvdlab or tmpgenc dvd author for making the dvd menus and files. fast and simple one click programs will not get you anywhere near "best". get a couple quality programs and learn them.
