To quote my response to your almost duplicate last post

Have you searched at all ?

    Places to try

Tools (to your left) search for DVD authoring software (has it's own section).

Guides (to your left) search the DVD Authoring section.

Plenty of info, plenty of tools can do this. Do a little research, try a few things out, then come back with some specific questions. You will learn 10 times as much by doing as you will by being spoon fed.

Do it, and you learn why. Be told and you will only ever know how. How is fine until something goes wrong. Then how ain't worth diddly-squat.

    AVI uncompressed?

Import it into a DVD authoring program.

Use calculator to determine average bitrate.

1hr 45 miniutes on a single layer will result in medium quality. Use a dual layer DVD if you want top quality.

Since you are done editing in Adobe, you now need to render your project. You will need a dvd authoring software to do this. There are many available. Check out the tools section. If you are unsure of what you are doing, do some reading in the guides/tutorial section of this forum.

    Is this a DV camcorder?
Did you transfer to Premiere using IEEE-1394?
Is Premiere set for DV NTSC 720x480 project format?

If so you have a DV format timeline that would save to an approx 24GB DV-AVI file. Take that to a DVD authoring program.

Or you can create your DVD MPeg2 file within Premiere (v6.5 and later) using the Adobe MPeg2 encoder and take that file to the DVD authoring program.

The calculator shows for 1hr. 45min. you need a 5500 Mbps average bitrate for a single sided DVDR or ~8500-9500 Mbps for a dual layer DVDR.

Single layer will get you medium quality. Use VBR 2pass 5500 Mbps ave, 9500 Mbps max and ~2000 Mbps min.

Dual Layer recording will allow high quality at a 8500-9500 Mbps CBR setting.
