Just burn them to a data DVD. What menu you get is up to your player.
Or do you want to create a Video DVD from multiple AVI sources?

Ah - so you're aiming at a Video DVD?
Well, just encode each AVI to DVD specs mpg, then author as 4 titles.
Many, many guides left on AVI to DVD.
I'd suggest TMPGEnc DVD Author to author your mpg's as DVD.
For a onclickwonder app, I'd suggest divx2dvd, but then you'll get no menu (with the free version).
